Framework<ToolKit>


Frameworks are defined as incomplete applications. It allows specialized features to be added to commonly-used functionality to become complete. The facilities provided by Framework<ToolKit> are common solutions, i.e. implementations of design patterns, for common problems usually experienced by most developers.
