io_toolkit

A helper class that provides automatic initialization of IO<ToolKit>.

Note that IO<ToolKit> is automatically initialized by File<ToolKit>, Network<ToolKit>, Pipe<ToolKit>, and Platform<ToolKit> for UNIX, so explicit initialization is not always required.
